Our 30-Day Return Policy
You may return your Jock Block purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This applies to both opened and unopened products.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
- The product must not have been misused or tampered with

- Your order number or confirmation email
- The reason for your return
- Whether you'd like a refund or replacement

Refund Process
Once we receive your return request:
- We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions (if applicable)
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged products: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We currently only offer one product, so exchanges are not applicable. If you'd like to purchase additional units, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including shipping.
